护理干预在心内科住院患者安全服药中的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨护理干预在心内科住院患者安全服药中的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的142例心内科患者为研究对象， 将患者随机分为对照组和研究组，各71例。对照组患者采取常规安全服药方法，研究组患者采取安全服药护理干预。比较两组患者的服药效果。结果 两组患者经过安全服药措施后，研究组患者的药物认知程度、服药时间准确性、服药方法正确性、 药物知识掌握情况及不良反应自我监测能力均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对心内科住院患者实施安全服药的护理干预措施能提高患者服药的依从性和准确率，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of nursing intervention on safe medication in cardiology department inpatients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on safe medication in cardiology department inpatients. Methods A total of 142 cardiology department inpatients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 71 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine safe medication, and the study group was given nursing intervention on safe medication. The safe medication effects of the two groups were compared. Results After safe medication measures, the cognition of drug, medication time accuracy, medication method correctness, drug knowledge and self monitoring ability of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in cardiology department inpatients can improve the compliance and accuracy of patients`` medication, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
