护理干预应用于腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析护理干预应用于腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石的临床效果。方法 收集96例胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术治疗患者的临床资料，根据护理方法不同将其分为研究组（48例）与对照组（48例）。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者基于常规护理给予护理干预。对比两组患者的胃肠功能恢复正常时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、焦虑评分、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果 护理后，两组患者的焦虑、疼痛评分明显低于护理前（P<0.05）；研究组的焦虑、疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究 组患者的住院时间、下床活动时间及胃肠功能恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组的护理满意度明显高于对 照组（P<0.05）。结论 护理干预应用于腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石患者中的临床效果十分显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallstone

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical ef fect of nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallstone. Methods The clinical data of 96 cases of patients with gallstones undergoing laparoscopic surgery were collected, and the patients were divided into the study group (48 cases) and the control group (48 cases) according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group received nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. The gastrointestinal function recovery time, ambulation time, hospital stays, anxiety scores, pain scores and nursing satisfaction rates in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the anxiety and pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing (P<0.05), and the anxiety and pain scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The hospital stay, ambulation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallstone has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization and applicetion.
