腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念的效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法 选择我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的82例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料，根据护理方法将其分为研究组（41例）与对照组（41例）。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者给予快速康复外科理念护理模式，对比两组患者的术后住院时间、排气时间、下床时间、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果 与对照组相比较，研究组患者的术后住院时间、排气时间、下床时间明显更短（P<0.05）；研究组患 者的护理满意度明显高于对照组，术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用效果十分显著，值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of rapid surgical rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rapid surgical rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods. Forty-one cases of patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care, and 41 cases of patients in the study group were given rapid surgical rehabilitation nursing. The postoperative hospital stay, exhaust time, out of bed time, nursing satisfaction and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative hospital stay, exhaust time and the out of bed time in the study group were significantly shorter (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the overall incidence rate of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is very significant and it is worthy of being applied in clinical nursing.
