人性化护理应用于十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术围术期护理中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究人性化护理在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术治疗中的应用价值。方法 选取在我院行手术治疗的十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者84例，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，各42例。对照组患者采用常规性护理方案，观察组在此基础上实施人性化护理措施。对比两组患者护理后的手术成功率、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间以及护理满意度情况。结果 观察组患者的手术成功率为100.00%，高于对照组的90.48%（P<0.05）；观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组患 者，肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组患者（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度为97.62%，明显高于对 照组的83.33%（P<0.05）。结论 在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术围手术期实施人性化护理，可明显改善手术的成功率及术后恢复情况，护理满意度较高。

Clinical effect of humanistic nursing in perioperative nursing care of acute perforation of duodenal ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing in perioperative nursing care of acute perforation of duodenal ulcer. Methods Eighty -four cases of patients with acute perforation of duodenal ulcer in our hospital were selected, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing care, and the observation group was given humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group. The success rate of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two group were compared. Results The success rate of surgery of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 90.48% of the control group (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In perioperative nursing care of acute perforation of duodenal ulcer, humanistic nursing can significantly improve the success rate of surgery and postoperative recovery, and the nursing satisfaction of which is higher.
