院前急救护理对26例急产孕妇的影响

摘要：

目的 了解急产发生的影响因素，探讨急产院前护理的经验。方法 选择我院2015年6月至2016年6月接诊的26 例急产产妇，采用院前护理干预，观察所有孕产妇的急救情况，同时分析孕产妇急产的影响因素。结果 26例孕产妇均顺利分娩， 住院2~3 d，新生儿窒息1例。孕产妇发生急产主要与居住距离（居住地距离就诊医院的距离）、年龄、文化程度、上次分娩时间等因素有关。其中，居住距离、年龄和经产妇是引起急产的独立高危因素。结论 加强院前急产救护措施实施，做好围产期保健、孕期宣教工作及规范的产前检查，保证孕产妇围产期保健和高危孕妇的监护，对改善母婴结局有重要意义。

Effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing on 26 cases of precipitate labour maternal

ABSTRACT: Objective To understand the influencing factors of precipitate labour, and to explore the experience of pre-hospital emergency nursing. Methods A total of 26 precipitate labour maternal in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled and given pre-hospital nursing intervention, then the first aid situation was observed and the influencing factors of precipitate labour maternal were analyzed. Results All the maternal successfully delivered, had 2 to 3 d hospital stays, with 1 case of neonatal asphyxia. The occurrence of precipitate labour were mainly related to the distance of residence (distance from the hospital to residence), age, education level, the last childbirth time. Among them, the distance of residence, age and multipara were the independent risk factors for precipitate labour. Conclusion Strengthening the implementation of pre-hospital emergency rescue measures, making sure of perinatal care, propaganda and education and standardized antenatal examination, ensuring maternal perinatal care and high-risk pregnant women``s care has important significance for the mother and child outcomes.
