整体护理应用于慢性盆腔炎患者护理的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析整体护理对慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法 选择2015年2月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者200例，应用随机数字表法将其分成常规组与研究组，各100例。常规组患者实施常规护理，研究组患者实施整体护理， 统计分析两组患者的护理效果，护理前、后不良情绪评分及护理满意度。结果 研究组护理总有效率（91.00%）明显高于常规组（71.00%）（P<0.05）；护理后，两组焦虑、抑郁评分均降低（P<0.05），研究组的焦虑评分为（6.6±3.1）分，低于常规组的（19.0± 2.9）分，抑郁评分为（7.2±3.1）分，低于常规组的（14.3±3.2）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度（98.00%）明显高于常规组（82.00%）（P<0.05）。结论 整体护理可有选择地调整患者的生活行为，增强患者的自我保健观念，缓解其不良情绪，提高患者的护理满意度。

Clinical effect of holistic nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Two hundred cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected, which were divided into routine group and study group. The routine group was given routine nursing measures, and the study group was given holistic nursing, then the nursing effects, bad mood scores before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the study group (91.00%) was significantly higher than that in the routine group (71.00%) (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of anxiety, depression significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05), the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were (6.6±3.1), (7.2±3.1), which were significantly lower than (19.0±2.9), (14.3±3.2) in the routine group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group (98.00%) was significantly higher than that in the routine group (82.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing can selectively establish healthy life style of patients, improve patients`` self -care consciousness, alleviate the negative emotions, and improve their satisfaction of nursing.
