乌司他丁联合低分子肝素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察乌司他丁联合低分子肝素（LMWP）治疗急性胰腺炎（AP）的临床疗效。方法 选取2013—2016年我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者60 例，根据不同治疗方法将其分为联合组（采用常规治疗+乌司他丁+LMWP）与肝素组（采用常规治疗+ LMWP），每组30例。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，联合组临床症状缓解时间及血淀粉酶、脂肪酶恢复时间短于肝 素组（P<0.05）；治疗14 d 后复查CT，联合组胰腺水肿缓解率略高于肝素组（P>0.05）；两组治疗效果比较，差异无统计学意义 （P>0.05）；联合组治愈率高于肝素组（P<0.05）。结论 急性胰腺炎患者应用乌司他丁联合LMWP 治疗能有效缓解临床症状，缩短恢复时间，值得临床应用。

Clinical efficacy analysis of ulinastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin on acute pancreatitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin (LMWP) in the treatment of acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods From 2013 to 2016, 60 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were enrolled in the study, and divided into combination group (received routine treatment combine ulinastatin with LMWP) and heparin group (accepted conventional therapy with LMWP) according to the different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms remission time, recovery time of blood amylase and lipase in the combination group were shorter than those in the heparin group (P<0.05); at 14 d after treatment, the remission rate of pancreatic edema in the combination group was slightly higher than that in the heparin group (P>0.05); there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rates (P>0.05); the cure rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the heparin group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin (LMWP) in the treatment of a cute pancreatitis can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, shorten recovery time, which is worthy of clinical application.
