果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 研究果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法 本次研究选取的对象为2015年4月至2016年4月在我院进行治疗的50例中重度痤疮患者，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组25 例。对照组患者单一实施盐酸米诺环素 治疗，观察组患者联合采用盐酸米诺环素和果酸治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照 组（P<0.05），两组患者不良反应发生率差异不显著（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的生活质量评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组
（P<0.05）。结论 在中重度痤疮患者的治疗中使用盐酸米诺环素联合果酸治疗，安全有效，有利于患者生活质量的改善。

Curative effect observation of ursolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride on moderate to severe acne

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of ursolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods Fifty cases of patients with moderate to severe acne admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group accepted minocycline hydrochloride alone, while the observation group combined with minocycline hydrochloride and ursolic acid, then the clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of life quality of both groups siginficantly increased, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of moderate to severe acne patients, ursolic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride has exact effect, with high safty, which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
