盆腔炎经氧氟沙星与盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗的临床效果对比

摘要：

目的 比较氧氟沙星与盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月我院收治的盆腔炎患者50 例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组25例。试验组患者应用盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗，对照组患者应用氧氟沙星治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率（96.0%）显著高于对照组（72.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组高切全血粘度、低切全血粘度及血浆粘度均明显低于对照组（P<0.05），且试验组头痛头晕、恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀、肝功能异常等发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 与氧氟沙星比较，盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎具有更好的临床效果，且不良反应较少。

Clinical effects comparison of ofloxacin and levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effects of ofloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Fifty cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The experimental group used levofloxacin hydrochloride, while the control group used ofloxacin, then the clinical efficacy, hemorheology indexes and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (96.0% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.0% ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of high shear, low shear whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rates of headache
and dizziness, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, abnormal liver function in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with ofloxacin, levofloxacin hydrochloride has a better therapeutic effect on pelvic inflammatory disease and fewer adverse reactions.
