兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化道出血的临床疗效分析

摘要：

目的 观察并分析兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化道出血的临床疗效。方法 选择消化道出血患者120例，随机将其分为两组，即对照组（n=60）和观察组（n=60），对照组给予兰索拉唑治疗，观察组给予兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗。比较两组临床疗效、止血时间、住院时间、不良反应以及常规隐血检测结果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（96.67% vs. 75.00%），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组止血时间和住院时间均较短，两组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗中均无药物治疗相关不良反应发生，且观察组大便隐血试验阴性率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化道出血疗效优于单纯兰索拉唑治疗，缩短止血时间和住院时间，且无明显不良反应。

Clinical efficacy of lansoprozole combined with octreotide in the treatment of gastrointestional bleeding

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of lansoprozole combined with octreotide in the treatment of gastrointestional bleeding. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were selected, randomly divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60), the control group was treated with lansoprazole, the observation group was treated with lansoprazole combined with octreotide. The clinical efficacy, hemostasis time, hospital stay, adverse reaction and conventional occult blood test results were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (96.67% vs. 75.00%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, hemostasis time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no adverse drug reaction in the two groups, and the negative rate of fecal occult blood test in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with octreotide in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding is better than alone lansoprazole treatment, it can shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization time, and there is no obvious adverse reactions.
