带锁髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗长管骨骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 观察与评价带锁髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗长管骨骨折的临床效果。方法 随机抽选在本院接受手术治疗的长管骨骨折患者70例进行研究，治疗时间均在2015年3月至2016年3 月，将患者随机分为钢板内固定治疗的对照组与带锁髓 内钉固定治疗的观察组，各35例。对比两组患者的恢复情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者术后骨痂形成时间、下床负重时间、骨折愈合时间及内固定去除时间均较对照组短（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后有1例骨折不愈合，1例切口感染； 对照组患者术后有2例固定失效，3例骨折不愈合，3 例切口感染，1例骨感染；观察组并发症总发生率为5.71%，低于对照组 的25.71%（P<0.05）。结论 带锁髓内钉内固定治疗长管骨骨折的疗效显著，值得临床广泛应用。

Effect of interlocking nails and plates internal fixation in the treatment of long bone fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of int erlocking nails and plates internal fixation in the treatment of long bone fracture. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 70 patients with long bone fracture underwent surgical treatment were enrolled in this study, which were randomly divided into control group (received plates internal fixation) and observation group (accepted interlocking nails), with 35 cases in each group. The recovery and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared in the two groups. Results The callus formation time, bed load time, fracture healing time and internal fixation removing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were 1 case of nonunion and 1 case of incision infection in the observation group; and 2 cases of fixed failure, 3 cases of nonunion, 3 cases of incision infection, 1 case of bone infection in the control group; the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 25.71% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Interlocking nails has obvious effect on long bone fracture, which is worthy of clinical application in the future.
