锁骨下静脉置管术在基层医院的临床价值

摘要：

目的 探讨锁骨下静脉置管术在急诊及临床工作中的应用价值及护理。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的37 例经锁骨下路 行锁骨下静脉置管（CVP）的患者的临床资料，针对在置管操作及治疗期间可能出现的并发症采取有效的预防及护理，观察 其临床效果。结果 37 例患者中，一次穿刺成功率为91.9%（34 例），2 次及以上穿刺成功率为5.4%（2 例），穿刺失败率为 2.7%（1例）。患者并发症发生率为10.8%（4 例），包括误穿锁骨下动脉1例、心律失常1例、误入颈内静脉2 例。结论 锁骨下 静脉置管术操作简便，可迅速有效地建立起静脉通路，减少患者的痛苦，保护外周静脉，为开放中长期的静脉通路开辟一条方便、快捷、有效、无痛的输液通路，从而提高患者的临床救治疗效。

Clinical value of subclavian vein catheterization in primary hospital

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application value and nursing of subclavian vein catheterization in emergency and clinical work. Methods A retrospective analysis of 37 cases of subclavian subclavian venous catheterization (CVP) patients admitted in our hospital was conducted, the prevention and care measures for the complications that might occur during the operation and treatment of the catheter were carried out, and the clinical effect was observed. Results Among the 37 patients, the success rate of first puncture was 91.9% (34 cases), and the success rate of second and above puncture was 5.4% (2 cases), and the puncture failure rate was 2.7% (1 case). The incidence rate of complications was 10.8% (4 cases), including 1 case of subclavian artery, 1 case of arrhythmia, 2 cases of internal jugular vein. Conclusion The operation of subclavian vein catheterization is simple, it can quickly and effectively establish intravenous access, reduce the suffering of patients, protect the peripheral vein, and provide a convenient, fast, effective and painless infusion pathway for the long-term venous access opening, so as to improve the clinical treatment effect of rescue.
