穿刺引流术中应用尿激酶治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究穿刺引流术中应用尿激酶治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的老年高血压脑出血患者60例为研究对象，将其随机均分为对照组和试验组，各30例。对照组采用穿刺引流术进行治 疗，试验组采用穿刺引流术加尿激酶进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果，并对两组患者治疗前、后血肿体积进行比较。结果 试验组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组相比明显更高（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前的血肿体积比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；随着治疗时间的延长，两组患者的血肿体积均呈降低趋势，且试验组治疗1、7 d 的血肿体积均小于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 穿刺引 流术中应用尿激酶治疗老年高血压脑出血的效果显著，具有较高临床推广价值。

Clinical effect of urokinase with puncture drainage on senile hypertensive brain hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of urokinase with puncture drainage on senile hypertensive brain hemorrhage. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 60 patients with senile hypertensive brain hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with puncture drainage, and the experimental group was treated with puncture drainage and urokinase. The therapeutic effects and the volume of hematoma before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the hematoma volume between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). With the prolongation of treatment time, the hematoma volume of the two groups showed decreasing trend, and the volume of hematoma in the experimental group at 1, 7 d were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of urokinase with puncture drainage on senile hypertensive brain hemorrhage is significant, which has a high clinical value.
