形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效及安全性

摘要：

目的 评价形状记忆环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法 将我院收治的80例肋骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组患者给予形状记忆环抱接骨板固定治疗，对照组患者给予胸带固定治疗。观察并比较两 组患者的NRS 评分、PO₂ 和PCO₂ 及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的NRS评分、PO₂ 和PCO₂ 比较，差异无统计学 意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的NRS评分、PO₂ 和PCO₂ 均优于治疗前，且观察组患者的NRS评分、PO₂ 和PCO₂ 均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者各并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组患者并发症总发生率低于 对照组（P<0.05）。结论 形状记忆环抱接骨板固定治疗肋骨骨折疗效优于胸带固定疗法，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy and safety of shape memory encircling bone plate in the treatment of rib fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of shape memory encircling bone plate in the treatment of rib fracture. Methods Eighty cases of patients with rib fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given shape memory encircling bone plate treatment, patients in the control group received thoracic fixation therapy. The NRS scores, PO₂, PCO₂ and complications between the two groups were observed and compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the NRS scores, PO2 and PCO2 between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the NRS scores, PO₂ and PCO₂ in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there were no significant differences in incidences of each complication between the two groups (P>0.05), and the total incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of shape memory encircling bone plate is superior to the thoracic fixation therapy in the treatment of rib fracture. It is worth to be applied in clinic.
