鼻内镜手术综合治疗对慢性鼻—鼻窦炎伴哮喘患者肺功能的影响

摘要：

目的 研究鼻内镜手术综合治疗对慢性鼻—鼻窦炎（CRS）伴哮喘的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的80 例CRS 伴随哮喘 患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组40 例。观察组患者采取鼻内镜手术综合治疗，对照组患者则采用常规的药物治疗。观察 比较两组患者的鼻内镜评分、疼痛及复发情况，分析肺功能与疼痛及鼻内镜评分的相关性。结果 治疗前，两组患者的鼻内镜及 VAS 评分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的鼻内镜及VAS 评分均降低，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。CRS 伴随哮喘病患者肺功能与鼻内镜、VAS 评分均呈负相关（r=-0.618、-0.723，P<0.05）。观察组患者的CRS 伴随哮喘病的复发率为15.00%，明显低于对照组的32.50%（P<0.05）。结论 鼻内镜手术综合治疗对CRS 伴随哮喘具有现实应用价值。

Effect of comprehensive treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic rhinosinusitis accompanied by asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of comprehensive treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) accompanied by asthma. Methods Eighty cases of CRS patients accompanied by asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery, while patients in the control group were given traditional medicine treatment. The endoscopic score, pain, recurrence, correlation between pulmonary function and pain, endoscopic scores were analyzed in the two groups. Results Before treatment, the differences in nasal endoscopy and VAS scores in the two groups were not significant (P>0.05); after treatment, the nasal endoscopy and VAS scores in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). There were negative correlations between pulmonary function and pain, endoscopic scores in CRS accompanied by asthma patients (r=-0.618、-0.723, P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 15.00%, which was significantly lower than 32.50% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) accompanied by asthma has practical application value.
