妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗巩膜炎的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗巩膜炎的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月12日至2015年1月12日我院收治的140例巩膜炎患者，将所有患者按照不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组，各70例。对照组患者实施妥布霉素滴眼液治 疗，观察组患者实施妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组患者表皮葡萄球菌率（8.57%）、金黄色葡萄球菌率（7.14%）、无微生物生长率（14.29%）低于对照组患者（21.43%、14.29%、22.86%）（P<0.05）。观察组患 者的治疗总有效率为92.85%、治疗完成时眼内压为（15.50±2.10）mmHg、治疗后30 d 眼内压为（15.61±2.60）mmHg，均优于对 照组的74.29%、（16.35±2.58）mmHg、（17.33±3.14）mmHg（P<0.05）。结论 妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液对巩膜炎患者具有显著的治疗效果，可有效改善患者的临床症状。

Clinical effects of tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops in scleritis patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops in scleritis patients. Methods One hundred and forty cases of patients with scleritis admitted in our hospital from January 12, 2013 to January 12, 2015 were enrolled in this study, and all the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with tobramycin eye drops treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the rates of staphylococcus epidermidis (8.57%), staphylococcus aureus (7.14%) and no microbial growth rate (14.29%) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (21.43% , 14.29% , 22.86% )，the differences were significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, the total effective rate was 92.85%, the intraocular pressure after treatment immediately was (15.50± 2.10) mmHg, the intraocular pressure at 30 days after treatment was (15.61±2.60) mmHg, which were significantly superior to 74.29%, (16.35±2.58) mmHg, (17.33±3.14) mmHg in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tobemycin dexamethasone eye drops has a significant therapeutic effect for scleritis patients, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
