胃癌患者应用胃镜活检与外科病理诊断的效果比较

摘要：

目的 对比研究胃癌患者应用胃镜活检与外科病理诊断的效果。方法 选取我院2015年3月至2016年9月收治的胃癌患者50例为研究对象，分别采用胃镜活检与外科病理诊断方式对患者进行诊断。比较两种诊断方式的诊断准确率，及两种诊断方式的病理分型和癌细胞分化程度诊断准确率。结果 外科病理诊断的准确率明显高于胃镜活检诊断（P<0.05）。外科病理诊断的Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型诊断准确率明显高于胃镜活检（P<0.05）。外科病理诊断对分化不良性的诊断准确率高于胃镜活检，且胃镜活检的分化型癌细胞诊断率明显高于分化不良型（P<0.05）。结论 胃镜活检在胃癌患者的诊断中准确率低于外科病理诊断，临床上可以将胃镜活检与外科病理诊断联合使用，从而提升胃癌患者的诊断准确率。

Comparative study of endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathology in patients with gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathology in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Fifty cases of patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathological diagnosis. The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods and the diagnostic accuracy of the pathological types and the differentiation degree of carcinoma cells between the two methods were compared. Results The accuracy rate of surgical pathological diagnosis was significantly higher than that of the endoscopic biopsy (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy rates of surgical pathological diagnosis for type II, type III and type IV were significantly higher than those of the endoscopic biopsy (P<0.05). The accuracy rate of poorly differentiate carcinoma cells diagnosed by surgical pathological was higher than that of the endoscpic biopsy, and that of the differentiated carcinoma cells diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy was significantly higher than the poorly differentiated type (P<0.05). Conclusion Accuracy rate of endoscopic biopsy in the diagnosis of patients with gastric cancer is lower than that of the surgical pathologic, combination of endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathology can enhance the accuracy of diagnosis in patients with gastric cancer.
