早期脑梗塞患者颅脑CT 影像学表现及应用价值分析

摘要：
目的 研究早期脑梗塞患者颅脑CT 影像学表现及其应用价值。方法 采用GE Prospeed AI 螺旋CT 扫描仪对病发6 h内的早期脑梗塞患者40例进行颅脑检查，采取连续性扫描对颅脑进行全面扫描，分析检查阳性率。结果 40例患者经颅脑CT检查，32 例被诊断出阳性病灶，占比为80.00%，余下8例诊断结果为阴性，占比为20.00%。32例阳性患者中，23例有超过3 处 脑梗塞特征，占比为57.50%（23/40）。结论 颅脑CT影像应用于早期脑梗塞患者中可以有效反映脑梗塞病变特点，并且在治 疗早期脑梗塞中应用价值较高。

Analysis of brain CT imaging findings and its application value in patients with early cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate brain CT imaging findings and its application value in patients with early cerebral infarction. Methods UGE Prospeed spiral CT scanner was used to scan the brain in patients with early cerebral infarction within 6 h of onset, and continuous scan was used to scan the brain, the positive rate was analyzed. Results Among 40 patients, 32 patients were diagnosed as positive lesions with brain CT examination, accounting for 80.00% , the other 8 cases were diagnosis as negative, accounting for 20.00%. In 32 patients with positive detection, 23 cases had more than 3 features of cerebral infarction, accounting for 57.50% (23/40). Conclusion Brain CT features used in early cerebral infarction patients can effectively reflect the characteristics of cerebral infarction, and it has high application value in the treatment of early cerebral infarction.
