经腹彩超与经阴道彩超在子宫肌瘤中的诊断效果比较

摘要：

目的 比较经腹彩超与经阴道彩超在子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2015年3月至2016年7月于我院经手术病理检查确诊为子宫肌瘤的94例患者为研究对象，所有患者均先后进行经腹彩超、经阴道彩超检查，以手术病理检查结果为金标准，比较两种检查方法的诊断准确率及肌瘤个数检出率。结果 94例子宫肌瘤患者中，共153个肌瘤；经阴道彩超的诊断准确率为97.87%，明显高于经腹部彩超的86.17%（P<0.05）；阴道彩超肌瘤个数检出率为98.04%，显著高于经腹部彩超的86.27%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 与经腹彩超相比，应用阴道彩超检查诊断子宫肌瘤准确度更高，且受外界因素干扰较小，具有较高的临床诊断价值，值得推广。

Effect comparison of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroid

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effect of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroid. Methods Ninety-four patients who diagnosed as uterine fibroid through operative pathological examination in our hospital from March 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects, all the patients received ransabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound examiniation. The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods and the number of myoma detection rate were compared with the results of the operative pathological examination. Results In the 94 uterine fibroid patients, there were 153 fibroids. The diagnostic accuracy of the transvaginal ultrasound was 97.87%, which was higher than 86.17% of the transabdominal ultrasound (P<0.05). The number of myoma detection rate of the transvaginal ultrasound was 98.04%, which was higher than 86.27% of the transabdominal ultrasound (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with transabdominal ultrasound, the diagnostic accuracy rate of the transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of the uterine fibroids is higher. It is less disturbed by external factors and has high value in clinical diagnosis, which is worth popularizing.
