心电图、超声心动图及X 线胸片在早期老年肺心病诊断中的应用价值

摘要：
目的 分析心电图、超声心动图及X线胸片在早期老年肺心病诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择我院收治的老年早期肺心 病患者100例为研究对象，对100例患者分别进行常规心电图、超声心动图及X 线胸片检查。比较三种检查方式的检查结 果。结果 超声心动图、心电图和胸部X线片对早期肺心病的诊断阳性率分别为88.0%、45.0%、69.0%；超声心动图的诊断阳性率明显高于胸部X线片和心电图，胸部X线片的诊断阳性率高于心电图（P<0.05）。结论 心电图、超声心动图及X 线胸片 对早期诊断老年肺心病均具有一定的临床价值，其中超声心动图的诊断阳性率高于心电图及X线胸片，可作为筛查早期肺 心病首选的检查方法。

Application effect of electrocardiogram, echocardiography and chest X-ray in early diagnosis of senile
pulmonary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the application value of electrocardiogram, echocardiography and chest X-ray in the early diagnosis of senile pulmonary heart disease. Methods One hundred pulmonary heart disease patients admitted in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All the patients were tested with routine electrocardiogram, echocardiography and chest X -ray examination. The results of three detection methods were compared. Results The diagnostic positive rates of echocardiography, electrocardiogram and chest X -ray in early pulmonary heart disease were 88.0% , 45.0% and 69.0% respectively; the diagnostic positive rate of echocardiography in the early diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease was higher than that of chest X-ray and electrocardiogram (P<0.05). Conclusion Electrocardiogram, echocardiography and chest X-ray can be used for the early diagnosis of senile pulmonary heart disease, and the diagnostic positive rate of echocardiography is higher than that of other two methods, which can be used as the first choice.
