优质护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨优质护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月于我 院行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者90例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组运用优质护理干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度及生活质量。结果 术后随着时间的延长，两组患者的疼痛评分均降低，且观察组术后2 h、1 d 及3 d 的疼痛评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者生理功能、情感功能、人际关系、社会功能生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 妇科腹腔镜手术运用优质护理干预能够明显缓解患者术后疼痛，加快术后康复，消除负面情绪，提升其生活质量。

Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative pain and life quality in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative pain and life quality in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 90 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was taken routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was taken high-quality nursing intervention. The postoperative pain degree and life quality in the two groups were compared. Results With the prolongation of postoperative time, the pain scores of the two groups decreased, and the pain scores of the observation group at 2 h, 1 d and 3 d after operation were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, affective function, interpersonal relationship and social function quality in the observation group were higher than those on the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention has remarkable effect on gynecological laparoscopic surgery, which can significantly relieve postoperative pain, accelerate recovery, eliminate negative emotions of the patients and increase their life quality, it has application value.
