优质护理干预对腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者临床疗效的影响

摘要：
目的 观察优质护理干预对腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者的临床疗效。方法 选取于本院行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术的患者60例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各30例。两组患者均给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行优质护理干预，观察两组患者的术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、消化道功能恢复时间、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后肛门排气时 间、下床活动时间、消化道功能恢复时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度（96.67%）高于对照组（73.33%）（P<0.05）；观察组切口感染发生率为0.00%，低于对照组的13.33%（P<0.05）。结论 对行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者给予优质 护理干预，患者术后恢复好，并发症少，护理满意度高。

Clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients who were treated with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair. Methods Sixty cases of patients given laparoscopic gastric perforation repair in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, wih 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine nursing, on this basis, the observation group was taken high quality nursing intervention. The duration of postoperative anal exhaust, time of getting out of bed, recovery time of digestive tract function, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of anal exhaust, time of getting out of bed and recovery time of digestive tract function in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satifaction rate in the doservation group was 96.67%, which was higher that 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of incision infection in the observation group was 0.00%, which was lower than 13.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair, high quality nursing intervention can achieve good recovery, with less complications and high nursing satisfaction, which has significant clinical nursing effect.
