中医护理对老年骨折患者术后疼痛和便秘的影响分析

摘要：

目的 研究中医护理对老年骨折患者术后疼痛和便秘的影响。方法 本次研究选取的对象为2016年1月至2016年10月在我院进行治疗的老年骨折患者60例，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。其中，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上进行中医护理。对比两组患者不同时间的疼痛评分、住院时间、便秘发生率、并发症总发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者入院一周至出院时的疼痛评分均比对照组低，住院时间、便秘发生率、并发症总发生率及护理满意度优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 在老年骨折患者术后实施中医护理能够有效缓解患者的疼痛，降低便秘及其它并发症的发生率，缩短患者的住院时间，从而促进患者护理满意度的提高。

Effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative pain and constipation in senile fracture patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative pain and constipation in elderly patients with fracture. Methods Sixty cases of elderly patients with fracture treated in our hospital from January 2016 to Octorber 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The pain scores at different periods, hospitalization time, incidence of constipation and complications, nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores at first week after admission to discharge in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had advantages in hospitalization time, incidence of constipation, overall incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can relieve the pain of elderly patients with fracture, reduce the incidence of constipation and complications, shorten the length of hospital stays and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
