心理护理对首发高血压患者心理健康的影响

摘要：
目的 分析心理护理对首发高血压患者心理健康的影响。方法 选取2010年2月至2015年2月我院收治的首发高血压患者50例为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，各25例。研究组患者实施心理护理，对照组患者实施常规护理。比较两组 患者的抑郁、焦虑评分及血压。结果 出院时，两组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于入院时，且研究组患者抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。出院时，两组患者的血压均明显低于入院时（P<0.05），但研究组与对照组组间比较，差异无统计学意 义（P>0.05）。结论 对首发高血压患者实施心理护理，可以有效改善患者的不良心理，降低焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生率，值得临床 推广使用。

Effect of psychological nursing on mental health in first episode hypertension patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of psychologica l nursing on mental health in first episode hypertension patients. Methods Fifty case of first episode hypertension patients admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The study group received psychological nursing, and the control group accepted routine nursing. The depression scores, anxiety scores and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results At discharge, the depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were lower than those at admission, and those of the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). At discharge, the blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those at admission (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For the first episode of hypertension patients, psychological nursing can effectively improve the patients`` bad psychology, reduce the incidence of depression and anxiety rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
