舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 分析舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年5月至2016年7月我院收治的91例普外科腹腔镜手术患者，随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组（46 例）实施常规护理，试验组（45例）给予舒适护理。对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 试验组基础护理、安全护理、舒适度、满意度方面的护理质量均优于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组术后 并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术患者中的临床效果明显，能够提高护理满意度，减 少术后并发症，值得推广使用。

Application effect of comfortable nursing in patients underwent surgical laparoscopic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients underwent surgical laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 91 patients underwent surgical laparoscopic surgery from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group (46 cases) was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group (n=45) received comfortable nursing. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing qualities of the basic nursing, safety nursing, comfort and satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comfortable nursing in patients underwent surgical laparoscopic surgery has significant application effect, and can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the postoperative complications, which is worthy of promotion and application.
