新生儿身份识别的安全护理要点分析

摘要：
目的 分析新生儿身份识别的安全管理质量。方法 对我院2014-2015 年接产的6 246例新生儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，评价新生儿身份识别的安全护理质量各指标水平。结果 2014-2015 年，产妇及家属的护理满意率为94.78%；入院时孕 =妇身份信息录入错误发生率0.18%，病历书写错误发生率0.48%，识别腕带标识填写错误发生率0.14%，新生儿识别标志脱 落发生率0.34%，腕带信息涂改或错误发生率0.06%，多人间同室新生儿混淆发生率0.06%，出院时新生儿与产妇身份不相 符发生率0.00%。结论 尽管出院时新生儿与产妇身份未出现不相符情况，但新生儿身份识别安全问题仍时有发生，需加强病历书写错误、识别标识脱落的管理。

Analysis of safety nursing key points for neonatal identification

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the safety management quality of neonatal identification. Methods The clinical data of 6 246 newborns in our hospital during the past 2014-2015 years were analyzed retrospectively, and the indexes of safety nursing quality of neonatal identification were evaluated. Results From 2014 to 2015, the nursing satisfaction rate of the maternal and their families was 94.78%; at the time of admission, the identity of pregnant women information input error rate was 0.18%; medical record writing error rate was 0.48%; identity identification bracelet fill in error occurred in 0.14%; newborn identification marks off occurred in 0.34%; wristbands information altered or error rate was 0.06%; more human newborn confusion occurred in 0.06%; at discharged, the incidence of the neonatal and maternal status inconsistent rate was 0.00%. Conclusion Although there is no inconsistent status between the newborn and the maternity, the security of the newborn identity is still occurring, and it is necessary to strengthen the medical record writing errors and identify the management of the identification of the fall off.
