中医护理干预在胃食管反流病中的临床效果评价

摘要：
目的 探讨中医护理干预在胃食管反流病中的临床应用效果。方法 将我院2014年7月至2015年7月收治的胃食管反流病患者68例作为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各34例。研究组患者给予中医护理措施进行干预，对照 组患者给予常规护理措施干预，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.06%，高于对照组的82.35%（P<0.05）；干预后两组临床症状评分均降低，且研究组的临床症状评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中医护理 干预可有效提高胃食管反流病患者的临床治疗效果，缓解患者的临床症状，可推广使用。

Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods A total of 68 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted into our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were given Chinese medicine nursing, while patients in the control group were given traditional nursing, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the research group was 97.06%, which was higher than 82.35% in control group (P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores in the two groups after intervention reduced, and the clinical symptom score in the research group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can effeceively improve the curative effect, and relief patients`` symptom, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
