早期综合康复治疗急性脑卒中的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨早期综合康复治疗急性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年5月至2016年5月在我院接受治疗的160例急性脑卒中患者，随机将其分为对照组和研究组，每组80 例。对照组给予常规内科药物治疗，研究组在对照组的治疗基础上 进行综合康复治疗，治疗4 周后，比较两组患者的临床疗效、FMA 评分、Barthel指数和并发症发生率。结果 治疗后，研究组的治疗总有效率为85.00%，明显高于对照组的30.00%（P<0.05）；两组患者的FMA 评分、Barthel指数均升高，且研究组高于对 照组（P<0.05）；研究组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 早期综合康复治疗可降低急性脑卒中患者的残疾率，促进其功能恢复，提高患者生活质量，值得推广应用。

Effect observation of early comprehensive rehabilitation on acute cerebral apoplexy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation on acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, 160 patients with acute stroke in our hospital were enrolled, which were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine medical treatment, while the study group received early comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. After four weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, FMA score, Barthel index and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 85.00%, which was significantly higher than 30.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The FMA score and Barthel index of the two groups signifiantly increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation applied in acute stroke patients can reduce the mortality rate and disability rate of acute stroke, promote the functional recovery and improve the quality of life of patients with acute stroke, which is worthy of popularization and application.
