盐酸羟考酮控释片联合普瑞巴林在癌性神经病理性疼痛治疗中的效果

摘要：

目的 研究盐酸羟考酮控释片联合普瑞巴林在癌性神经病理性疼痛治疗中的效果。方法 收集本院2010年2月至2016年2月收治的100例神经病理性疼痛患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，患者入院后均采取必要的心理干预与机体调养，随后给予两组患者盐酸羟考酮控释片，与此同时观察组患者联合使用普瑞巴林，观察两组患者的镇痛 效果、生命质量及睡眠质量。结果 随着治疗时间的延长，两组患者的疼痛、生命质量及睡眠质量评分均呈降低趋势；治疗15 d后，两组患者的疼痛、生命质量及睡眠质量评分均低于治疗后8 d 和治疗前；治疗后8 d，两组患者的疼痛、生命质量及睡眠质量评分低于治疗前（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后8、15 d的的疼痛、生命质量及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采取盐酸羟考酮控释片联合普瑞巴林联合用药的治疗效果要优于单一盐酸羟考酮控释片，值得临床上推荐或参考。

Application effect of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets combined with pregabalin on malignant neuropathic pain

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets combined with pregabalin on malignant neuropathic pain. Methods From February 2010 to February 2016, 100 patients with malignant neuropathic pain in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. All the patients taken the necessary psychological intervention and body care. Then the two groups took oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets; at the same time, the observation group received pregabalin as the combined therapy. Results With the prolongation of treatment time, the pain, quality of life and sleep quality score of the two groups showed a decreasing trend; at 15 d after treatment, the pain, quality of life and sleep quality scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment and at 8 d after treatment; at 8 d after treatment, the pain, quality of life and sleep quality scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); the pain, quality of life and sleep quality scores of the observation group 8, 15 d after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets combined with pregabalin on malignant neuropathic pain has better treatment effect than single oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets, which is worthy of clinical reference or recommendation.
