复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病的效果

摘要：
目的 观察复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病的疗效。方法 将潼关县人民医院2013年1月至2015年1月收治84例眼底病随机分为对照组（常规治疗）、试验组（注射复方樟柳碱注射液），各42例。比较两组患者临床总有效率、血液流变学指标及 1 年后复发率。结果 试验组临床总有效率（92.9%）明显高于对照组（78.6%）（χ2=5.3766，P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血液流变学指 标均优于治疗前，且试验组优于对照组（P<0.05）。试验组1 年后复发率为4.8%，低于对照组的19.0%（χ2=9.541，P<0.05）。结论 应用复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病，疗效显著，复发率低。

Effect of compound anisodine injection in the treatment of fundus disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of compound anisodine injection in the treatment of fundus disease. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 84 cases of patients with fundus disease treated in People``s Hospital of Tongguan County were selected and randomly divided into control group (routine treatment) and the experimental group (compound anisodine injection), with 42 cases in each group. The clinical total effective rate, blood rheology indexes and the recurrence rate after 1 year were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92.9% in the experimental group, which was higher than 78.6% in the control group ( χ2=5.3766, P<0.05). After treatment, the blood rheology indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). One year after treatment the recurrence rate was 4.8% of the experimental group, which was lower than 19.0% of the control group ( χ2=9.541, P<0.05). Conclusion Application of compound anisodine injection for ocular fundus disease has significant effect and low recurrence rate.
