布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻咽炎的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻咽炎患者的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的72例慢性鼻咽炎患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法将其分为研究组（36例）与对照组（36例）。对照组患者采用地塞米松经鼻吸入治疗，研究组患者采用布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗。对比两组慢性鼻咽炎患者的治疗总有效率与不良反应发生情 况。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.22%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为75.00%，研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组慢性鼻咽炎患者治疗期间均未发生痤疮、鼻中隔穿孔以及鼻出血等不良反应。结论 布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻咽炎患者的临床效果十分显著，且安全可靠，值得在临床治疗工作中推 广运用。

Clinical analysis of nebulized inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nebulized inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of patients with chronic nasopharyngitis. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into study group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group received dexamethasone nasal inhalation, and the patients in the study group were treated with nebulized inhalation of budesonide. The total effective rates and adverse reactions of patients with chronic pharyngitis in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates of the patients in the study group and the control group were 97.22% and 75.00% respectively, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Chronic pharyngitis patients in the two groups did not suffer from acne, nasal septum perforation and nasal bleeding and other adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion Budesonide nasal inhalation in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis has very significant clinical effect, and which is safe and reliable. It is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
