比较阴式与开腹全子宫切除术在治疗子宫肌瘤中的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究分析在临床上针对子宫肌瘤患者使用阴式全子宫切除术（TVH）及开腹全子宫切除术（TAH）两种手术模式 的治疗效果。方法 选取本院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的30例子宫肌瘤患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，各15例。观察组患者实施TVH，对照组患者实施TAH。比较两组患者的治疗效果及术后各项指标。结果 两组患者的手术时间比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；对照组中出现1例膀胱损伤，观察组患者无手术副损伤情况，两组患者手术副损伤情况比较，差异不显著 （P>0.05）；观察组的术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后疼痛程度、发热情况均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中对子宫肌瘤患者运用阴式全子宫切除术具有良好的治疗效果，其手术中出血少，患者的肠道功能恢复快，疼痛相对较轻，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Comparison of clinical effects of total vaginal hysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy in uterine fibroids

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of total vaginal hysterectomy (TVH) and total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 30 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. The experimental group was given TVH, while the control group was treated with TAH. The therapeutic effects and the postoperative indexes were compared in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P>0.05). There was 1 case of bladder injury in the control group, while no operative side injury in the observation group, there was no significant difference between the two groups in operative side injury (P>0.05). The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, the incidence of pain and fever in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of total vaginal hysterectomy in patients with uterine fibroids has a good therapeutic effect, including less bleeding, rapid recovery of intestinal function and lighter pain, which has a high clinical value.
