保留乳房的乳腺癌根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效

摘要：

目的 探究早期乳腺癌患者应用保留乳房的乳腺癌根治术治疗的效果与特点。方法 随机抽取我院在2012年4月至2014年5月接收的早期乳腺癌患者50例，分为对照组与研究组，每组各25例，对照组患者按常规乳腺癌改良根治术治疗， 研究组患者应用保乳根治术治疗，分析两组患者治疗后的乳房外形、躯体生活质量、心理情绪功能、自觉症状、社会活动和日常生活等指标，观察两组患者治疗3年的生存率。结果 研究组患者的乳房外形优良率明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组患者治疗后日常生活指标、社会活动、自觉症状、躯体生活质量与心理情绪功能等指标评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。对照组患者治疗后3年生存率（68.00%）低于研究组（92.00%）（P<0.05）。结论 早期乳腺癌患者采用保乳根治术进行治疗效果较好， 保证乳房的外形美观度，提高患者的生存率，自觉症状、躯体生活质量、社会活动、日常生活指标等评分较好，值得在临床治疗中推荐和应用。

Effect of breast-conserving breast cancer radical mastectomy for patients with early stage breast carcinoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate effect of breast-conserving breast cancer radical mastectomy for patients with early stage breast carcinoma. Methods From April 2012 to May 2014, 50 patients with early stage breast carcinoma were selected in our hospital, and randomly divided into control group and research group, with each 25 cases in each group. The patients in control group took conventional breast cancer modified radical treatment, the patients in research group were given breast -conserving therapy, and the breast shape, body quality of life, psychological emotional function, subjective symptom, social activities, daily life index and survival rate after three years of the treatment were compared. Results The excellent rate of breast shape in research group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). The daily life index, social activities, subjective symptom, the body quality of life and mental emotional function in research group were better than those of control group (P<0.05). The survival rate after 3 years in the control group (68.00%) was lower than that of the research group (92.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Breast-conserving breast cancer radical mastectomy applied for patients with early stage breast cancer not only can improve the survival rate of patients, subjective symptom, the body quality of life, social activities and daily life index, but also ensure good appearance of the breast, which is worthy of recommendation and application in clinical treatment.
