记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的60例多发性肋骨骨折患者为研究 对象，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组患者给予记忆合金环抱器固定治疗，对照组患者给予加压包扎和胸部护板固定治疗。比较两组患者的坐起、下床和住院时间、VAS评分、动脉血氧分压（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO₂）及并发症 发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的坐起时间、下床时间和住院时间明显短于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分、PaO₂和PaCO₂明显优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。两组患者各并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意 义（P>0.05）。结论 记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折临床效果显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of memory alloy embracing device for treating multiple rib fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of memory alloy embracing device for treating multiple rib fractures. Methods Sixty patients with multiple rib fractures admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group received memory alloy embracing device treatment, while the patients in the control group were given pressure dressing and chest protection plate bonding therapy. After treatment, the sitting time, off-bed time, hospital stays, VAS score, arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO₂), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO₂) and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the sitting time, off-bed time and hospital stays of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the VAS scores, levels of PaO₂ and PaCO₂ of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.01). There were no significant differences in the incidences of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Memory alloy embracing device in the treatment of multiple rib fractures has remarkable clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
