四肢骨折患者采用锁定加压钢板与传统内固定术治疗的效果对照研究

摘要：

目的 研究四肢骨折患者采用锁定加压钢板与传统内固定术治疗的效果。方法 选择我院2014年12月至2015年12月接收并行传统内固定术治疗的60例四肢骨折患者作为对照组，另选同期接收并行锁定加压钢板治疗的60例作为观察组，比较两组骨折患者的疗效。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.33%，明显高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.05）。观察组患者术中的出血量、手术时间以及骨折愈合时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者并发症总发生率是 1.67%，明显低于对照组的16.67%（P<0.05）。结论 与传统内固定相比，锁定加压钢板对四肢骨折的治疗效果更佳。

Comparative study of the effect of locking compression plate and traditional internal fixation in the

treatment of limb fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of locking compression plate and traditional internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015, 60 patients with limb fractures receiving traditional internal fixation were selected as the control group, and another 60 cases in the same period accepting locking compression plate were enrolled as the observation group. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 88.33% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05). The bleeding loss, operation time and postoperative fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67% , which was significantly lower than 16.67% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional internal fixation, locking compression plate has better effect in the treatment of limbs fracture.
