肱骨远端解剖板治疗肱骨中、下段骨折患者的临床效果研究

摘要：

目的 分析对肱骨中、下段骨折患者使用肱骨远端解剖板进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年5月至2016年3月收治的110例肱骨中、下段骨折患者作为本次研究对象，将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组，每组55 例。给予观察组患 者肱骨远端解剖板进行治疗；给予对照组患者切开复位内固定术进行治疗；均给予两组患者相应的中药治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗优良率、并发症总发生率及治疗满意度。结果 观察组患者的治疗优良率为98.18%，并发症总发生率为3.64%，治疗满意度为96.36%；对照组患者的治疗优良率为85.45%，并发症总发生率为14.54%，治疗满意度为83.63%，组间比较，差异 显著（P<0.05）。结论 给予肱骨中、下段骨折患者使用肱骨远端解剖板进行治疗，能够显著提高治疗优良率，降低并发症发生率，患者对于治疗的满意度较高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of anatomical distal humeral plate in patients with middle and distal humerus factures

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anatomical distal humeral plate in patients with middle and distal humerus factures. Methods One hundred and ten patients with middle and distal humerus factures admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were included in this study. These patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to date of admission, with 55 patients in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with anatomical distal humeral plate, while the patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The patients in both groups were given the Chinese medicine treatment. The excellence rate, incidence rate of complications and treatment satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The excellence rate of the observation group and the control group were respectively 98.18% and 85.45%, the incidence rates of complications were respectively 3.64% and 14.54% , and the treatment satisfaction rate were respectively 96.36% and 83.63% . The differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Anatomical distal humeral plate in patients with middle and distal humerus factures may significantly improve excellence rate, reduce incidence of complications and increase satisfaction rate of patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
