微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探析四肢骨折经微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的效果。方法 选取本院2013年12月至2016年12月收治的 42例四肢骨折患者为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每组21例。对照组患者采用传统内固定手术进行治疗，观察组患者采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术进行治疗。对两组患者的手术时长、住院天数、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、关 节功能恢复情况以及并发症发生情况进行观察统计。结果 观察组患者的手术时长、住院天数、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均 优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的关节恢复情况显著优于对照组（90.48% vs. 76.19%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折可显著提高患者的临床治疗效果，促进患者关节恢复，可在临床治疗中推广应用。

Effect analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in

the treatment of limb fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods Forty-two cases of patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 21 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation. The duration of operation, the days of hospitalization, the amount of blood loss, the healing time of the fractures, the recovery of joint function and the occurrence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The duration of operation, the days of hospitalization, the amount of blood loss and the healing time of the fractures in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The recovery of the joint function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (90.48% vs. 76.19%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and promote joint recovery, which can be popularized in clinical treatment
