外固定架联合掌侧钢板治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨应用外固定架联合掌侧钢板内固定治疗C3 型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院采用外固定架 联合掌侧钢板治疗的16例C3型桡骨远端骨折患者的病例资料，评价其临床治疗效果。结果 16 例患者平均随访15 个月，平 均骨折愈合时间为（8.0±0.8）周，Dienst 腕关节功能评分：优10例，良5例，可1例，优良率为93.8%。结论 外固定架联合掌侧钢板内固定治疗C3 型桡骨远端骨折能够良好的恢复并维持桡骨远端骨折的关节面平整、掌倾角、尺偏角及桡骨长度。

Effect of external fixator combined with volar plate internal fixation in the treatment of type C3 distal radius fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of external fixator combined with volar plate internal fixation in the treatment of type C3 distal radius fractures. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of patients with type C3 distal radius fractures who were treated with external fixator combined with volar plate internal fixation in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical effects were evaluated. Results Sixteen patients were followed up for an average of 15 months, the average fracture healing time was (8.0±0.8) weeks. The Dienst wrist function score showed that there were 10 cases in excellent, 5 cases in good and 1 case in fair, the excellent and good rate was 93.8%. Conclusion External fixation combined with volar plate internal fixation in the treatment of type C3 distal radius fractures can effectively restore and maintain smooth articular surface, distal radial fractures, palmar tilt, ulnar deviation and radial length.
