Gamma钉、PFNA及DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨股骨粗隆间骨折经Gamma钉、防旋股骨髓内钉（PFNA）及动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的144例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料，根据不同治疗方式将其分为Gamma钉组、PFNA组及DHS组，各 48例。Gamma钉组患者给予Gamma钉治疗；PFNA组患者给予PFNA治疗；DHS组给予DHS治疗。比较三组患者的并发症发生情况及髋关节功能。结果 与Gamma 钉组、DHS组比较，PFNA组患者的术后并发症总发生率及髋关节功能明显更优（P<0.05）；Gamma钉组与DHS 组的术后并发症总发生率及髋关节功能无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗 隆间骨折患者的临床效果显著，值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Clinical effects of Gamma nail, PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Gamma nail, PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur. Methods The clinical data of 144 intertrochanteric fractures of femur patients admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, all the patients were divided into Gamma nail group, PFNA group and DHS group, with 48 cases in each group. The Gamma nail group was treated with Gamma nail treatment, the PFNA group received PFNA treatment, and the DHS group accepted DHS treatment. The incidence of complications and hip joint function of the three groups were compared. Results Compared with the Gamma nail group and DHS group, the incidence of complications and hip function of the PFNA group were obviously better (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in incidence of complications and hip function between the Gamma nail group and DHS group (P>0.05). Conclusion PFNA
internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur has remarkable clinical effect, which is worthy of popularization in clinical work.
