水源水与生活饮用水微生物检测结果分析

摘要:

目的 检测水源水与生活饮用水质量。方法 选择本实验室在2011年5月至2016年5月首检的80份水源水以及生活 饮用水实验样本,分别对水源水(A组)和生活饮用水(B组)进行检测,均为40份。检测两种水样的微生物分布情况。水质合格的判定标准:样本的菌落总数小于或等于100CFU/mL,且样本中均未检测出耐热大肠菌群和总大肠菌群时,可以判定样 本水质符合国家规定要求,如果上述指标有任何一项不达标则表明该份样本水质检测不合格。结果 根据本次实验研究可 知,40份送检的A组样本中有12份合格,整体的合格率为30.00%(12/40);在各单项指标中菌落总数检测的合格率最高,达到了55.00%(22/40)。40份送检的B组样本中整体合格份数为32 份,合格率为80.00%(32/40);在各单项指标中耐热大肠菌群的检测合格率最高,达到了87.50%(35/40)。生活饮用水样本中的整体合格率及各单项指标均高于水源水检测结果。结论 我县生活饮用水的整体检测合格率不高,还需要通过加强对水源地水质保护等一系列措施来提高生活饮用水质量。

    Analysis of microbiological testing results of source water and drinking water

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the quality of source water and drinking water. Methods From May 2011 to May 2016, 80 samples of firstly detecting source water and drinking water were selected, and microbiological testing were conducted in the source water (A group) and drinking water(B group), with 40 samples in each group. The microbial distribution of the two kinds of water samples were detected. The qualified criteria of water quality: the total number of bacterial colony in the sample is less than or equal to 100 CFU/mL, and no thermotoletant coliform bacteria and total coliform group are detected, if any of the above indicators are not up to standard, it indicates that the sample water quality is not qualified. Results The experimental study showed that, of the 40 samples of the group A, 12 samples qualified, the total qualified rate was 30.00% (12/40); the total number of bacterial colony was the highest qualified detection rate in each individual indicator, accounting for 55.00% (22/40). Of the 40 samples of the group B, 32 samples qualified, the total qualified rate was 80.00% (32/40); the thermotoletant coliform bacteria was the highest qualified detection rate in each individual indicator, accounting for 87.50% (35/40). The qualified rate of overall and individual indexes in the drinking water samples were higher than those in the source water. Conclusion The overall qualified rate of drinking water in our county is not high, which is to be required to improve the quality of drinking water by protecting the source water.
