早期电针结合运动意念治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床疗效

摘要：
目的 探讨早期电针结合运动意念治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床疗效。方法 将106例我院收治的中风肢体偏瘫患者随机分为对照组（n=54）和治疗组（n=52）。对照组患者给予常规治疗加被动康复治疗，治疗组患者在对照组的基础上运用电针结合运动意念治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的Fugl-Meyer 及BI 评分。结果 治疗后，两组患者的Fugl-Meyer 和BI 评分均高于 治疗前，且治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 电针结合运动意念干预在中风早期康复治疗中临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas in the treatment of limbs hemiplegia after stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas in the treatment of limbs hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 106 patients with limbs hemiplegia after stroke admitted in our hospital were divided into control group (n=54) and study group (n=52). The control group received routine treatment and passive rehabilitation therapy, and the study group accepted electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas based on the control group. The Fugl-Meyer and BI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer and BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of electric acupuncture combined with movement ideas in the treatment of limbs hemiplegia after stroke is significant, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
