慢性心律失常患者经复脉养心汤治疗的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析慢性心律失常患者经复脉养心汤治疗的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析60例慢性心律失常患者的临床资料， 根据治疗方法将其分为研究组（30例）与对照组（30例）。两组患者均接受常规治疗，在此基础上，对照组患者给予心宝丸治疗，研究组患者给予复脉养心汤治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、心律失常症状评分、心率以及不良反应发生情况。结果 与对照组相比较，研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显更高（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的心律失常症状评分和心率比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的心律失常症状评分、心率明显改善，且研究组患者的心律失常症状评分、心率明显更优（P<0.05）。与对照组相比较，研究组患者的不良反应总发生率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 慢性心律失常患者采用复脉养心汤 治疗的临床效果十分显著，值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of Fumai Yangxin decoction in patients with chronic arrhythmia

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Fumai Yangxin decoction in patient with chronic arrhythmia. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic arrhythmia were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to different treatment methods. Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional treatment, on this basis, the control group was treated with Xinbao pill, and the study group received Fuymai Yangxin decoction. The treatment effects, arrhythmia symptom scores, heart rate and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the arrhythmia scores and heart rate between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the arrhythmia scores and heart rate of the two groups improved and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Fumai Yangxin decoction has significant effect in patient with chronic arrhythmia, and it is worth to be applied in clinical treatment.
