温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫患者的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫患者的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2013—2016年收治的60例急性期周 围性面瘫患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法将其分为研究组（30 例）与对照组（30例）。对照组患者给予常规温针灸治疗，研究 组患者给予辨证分型温针灸治疗，对比两组患者的治疗总有效率与FDI躯体、社会功能评分。结果 与对照组患者相比较，研究组患者的治疗总有效率明显更高（P<0.05）；研究组患者治疗后的FDI躯体、社会功能评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意 义（P<0.05）。结论 辨证分型结合温针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫患者的临床效果十分显著，值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of warming acupuncture moxibustion in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warming acupuncture moxibustion on acute peripheral facial paralysis. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis admitted in our hospital from 2013 to 2016 were retrospectively studied, and the patients were divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to treatment methods. The control group was treated with routine warming acupuncture moxibustion, and the study group was treated with syndrome differentiation combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion. The total effective rate, FDI physical and social function scores between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05); the FDI physical and social function scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Syndrome differentiation combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion has very significant effect in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis, and it is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment work.
