推拿加康复训练对青少年腰椎间盘突出症治疗的效果评价

摘要：

目的 评价推拿加康复训练对青少年腰椎间盘突出症治疗的效果。方法 将我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者按入院的先后顺序分为参照组（n=40）与研究组（n=40）。参照组采用单纯推拿治疗，研究组采用推拿加康复训练治疗。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果、VAS评分及Oswestry功能障碍评分。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%，高于参照组的72.5%，（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的VAS 评分和Oswestry功能障碍评分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组评分均改善，且 研究组显著优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用推拿加康复训练的治疗方案对于青少年腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果显著，可有效改善患者疼痛症状，同时提高患者生活质量。

Effect evaluation of massage and rehabilitation training in treatment of lumbar disc herniation in adolescents

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the effect of massage and rehabilitation training on treatment of lumbar disc herniation in adolescents. Methods Eighty cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital were divided into reference group (n=40) and study group (n=40) according to the order of admission; the reference group was treated with single massage, while the study group was treated with massage and rehabilitation training. The treatment effects and VAS scores and Oswestry dysfunction scores were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 90.0%, which was higher than 72.5% in the reference group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the VAS scores and the Oswestry dysfunction scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the scores improved in both groups, and those in the study group were significantly better than the reference group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The massage and rehabilitation training in the treatment of juvenile lumbar disc herniation has significant effect, which can effectively improve the pain symptoms and the life quality of patients.
