体检中对2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果观察

摘要:

目的 探讨体检中对2 型糖尿病患者实施健康教育的效果。方法 选择我院2014年3月至2016年3月体检中被确诊为 2型糖尿病的患者80例为研究对象,对其实施健康教育干预。比较健康教育实施前、后患者的糖尿病知识总掌握率以及生活 质量。结果 实施健康教育后,患者的糖尿病发病原因、饮食、运动、合理用药、自我管理、胰岛素使用、并发症危害等相关知识 的总掌握率较实施前显著升高,患者满意程度、外界影响程度、糖尿病发病及治疗的忧虑程度以及对社会、家庭、工作的忧虑 程度等生存质量评分均较实施前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 体检中对2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育能够有效提高患者的糖尿病知识掌握率和生存质量,对预防和控制2 型糖尿病具有重要意义。

    Effect of health education on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients during physical examination

    ABSTRACT: Objective To investgate the effect of health education on patients with type 2 diabetes during physical examination. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 80 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes in our hospital during physical examination were selected as objects, and the health education intervention was carried out. The total mastery rate of diabetes knowledge and the quality of life before and after the implementation of health education were compared. Results After implementation of health education, the total mastery rate of relevant knowledge such as diabetes mellitus, diet, exercise, rational use of drugs, self-management, insulin use and complications were significantly higher than those before implementation, the quality of life scores such as the degree of patient satisfaction, the extent of external influences, anxiety degree about the incidence of diabetes, and the anxiety degree about society, family and work were significantly lower than those before implementation, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in physical examination can effectively improve their knowledge of diabetes mellitus and the quality of life, which is important to prevent and control type 2 diabetes mellitus.
