舒适护理在高压氧治疗中的干预效果观察

摘要：

目的 探索舒适护理在高压氧治疗中的干预效果。方法 选取2009年8月至2014年8月我院收治的82例接受高压氧 治疗患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各41 例，两组分别采用舒适护理和常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果与生活质量评 分。结果 观察组患者躯体功能、物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、舒适度、满意度、依从性、高压氧治疗时间均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 对接受高压氧治疗的患者实施舒适护理，能够提高患者依从性和满意度，确保日后工作的顺利实施。

Observation on intervention effect of comfortable nursing in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the intervention effect of comfortable nursing in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods Eighty-two patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy admitted in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The two groups respectively received comfortable nursing and routine care. The nursing effect and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of physical function, material life, psychological function, social function , degree of comfort, satisfaction and compliance, hyperbaric oxygen treatment time of the patients in observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of comfortable nursing in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the patients`` compliance and satisfaction, and ensure the smooth implementation of the work in the future.
