分期针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床护理方法及效果探讨

摘要：
目的 研究分期针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法 选取进行分期针灸治疗的周围性面瘫患者78例，随机分为对照组（常规护理模式）和观察组（针对性护理干预），每组39例。比较两组患者护理前、后的portmann 评分、心理状况、住院时间和生活质量。结果 两组患者护理后的portmann评分、心理状况评分、住院时间和生活质量评分均显著优于护理前，且观察组患者的上述指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在分期针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者时，针对性应用护理干预的效果优越，可明显改善患者的临床症状、心理状况、缩短住院时间，提高患者的生活质量，值得推广。

Clinical nursing method and effect of staged acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical nursing method and effect of staged acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 78 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients treated by staged acupuncture were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group (accepted routine nursing mode) and observation group (received targeted nursing intervention), with 39 cases in each group. Portmann scores, psychological status, length of stay and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the portmann scores, psychological status scores, hospitalization time and quality of life scores in the two groups were significantly better than those before nursing, and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Targefed nursing intervention in the patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated with stage acupuncture has remarkable effect, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, the psychological status and the quality of life of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, which is worthy of popularization.
