急性脑梗死中康复护理的应用效果

摘要：
目的 分析急性脑梗死中康复护理的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月至2016年12月收治的68例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象，根据双盲法将其分为研究组（34例）与对照组（34例）。对照组实施常规护理，研究组基于常规护理实施康复护理；比较两组急性脑梗死患者的日常生活活动能力评分、运动功能评分。结果 与护理前比较，两组护理后的运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分均明显提高，且研究组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死中康复护理的应用效果十分显著，有利于改善肢体功能障碍，值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Clinical application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty -eight patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases) according to double blind method. The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the study group was treated by rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing. The scores of daily life activities and motor function scores were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of daily life activities and motor function of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those of the study group were better than the control group, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing in acute cerebral infarction has very significant
effect, which is helpful to improve limb dysfunction and worthy of popularization in clinical nursing work.
