人文关怀模式护理对老年高血压患者自我效能及血压控制的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨人文关怀模式护理对老年高血压患者自我效能及血压控制的影响。方法 将我院收治的120例老年高血压 患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各60例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用人文关怀模式护理。比较两组患者干预 前、后自我效能与血压水平。结果 干预后，两组患者各时间段血压水平均低于干预前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，两组患者自我效能评分均高于干预前，且观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 老年高血压患者采用人文关怀模式护理干预能有效提高患者的依从性，将血压水平控制在理想范围，很大程度上提高了患者的自我效能，值得临床广泛应用。

Effect of humanistic care model nursing on self-efficacy and blood pressure control in senile patients with hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care model nursing on self -efficacy and blood pressure control in senile patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 120 senile hypertension patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group accepted humanistic care model nursing. The self-efficacy and blood pressure control effects of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the blood pressure at each time of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the self-efficacy scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care model nursing in senile hypertension patients can effectively strengthen the patients`` compliance, control the blood pressure within ideal range, largely increase the patients`` self efficacy, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
