综合护理干预对农村留守老年肺结核患者的效果研究

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理干预对农村留守老年肺结核患者的的效果及对策研究。方法 本研究选取了200例农村留守老年肺结核患者（2012年3月至2015年3月），按随机数字表法分为观察组（100例）采用综合护理干预和对照组（100例）采用常规护理干预，观察并记录护理干预前、后两组患者的HAMA及HAMD评分，并评价肺结核患者的治疗效果。结果 护理干预后，两组的HAMA及HAMD评分均降低，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率为88.00%，显著高于 对照组的70.00%（χ2=9.765，P=0.002）。结论肺结核患者的完全康复需要从药物、合理的饮食、科学的护理等方面着手，希望通过全面的医务护理和家庭护理指导可让每一位患者早日康复。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on rural left-behind elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervent ion on rural left -behind elderly patients with tuberculosis. Methods From March 2012 to March 2015, 200 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected, and were divided into the observation group (100 cases) given comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group (100 cases) received routine nursing. The HAMA and HAMD scores were observed and recorded in both groups before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were evaluated. Results After treatment, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group (P=0.002). Conclusion For the complete recovery of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, drugs, reasonable diet, scientific care and other aspects are necessary, we hope that through a comprehensive medical nursing and home care guidance can make every patient recovery as soon as possible.
